Job summary

Holt Recruitment in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Senior RF Electronics Engineer to join an innovative engineering team working on advanced RF and electronic systems across challenging applications.

You will take concepts from initial design through prototyping, testing and verification, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders. UK SC Clearance eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of post-graduate experience in RF circuits and systems.
• Experience bringing RF products from concept to verification.
• Strong microwave, RF and analogue design and simulation skills.
• Experience with RF amplifier, filter and frequency synthesiser design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Clear communication of complex technical topics.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test RF and analogue circuits and systems.
• Take RF products from concept through prototyping and verification.
• Perform RF, microwave and analogue circuit design and simulation.
• Develop RF amplifiers, filters and synthesiser designs.
• Support lab testing and performance optimisation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the lifecycle.
• Communicate engineering decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support engineering processes and improvements.
