Job summary

Fluke Calibration, part of Fortive, seeks a Principal RF Hardware Engineer in Norwich. You will own RF hardware architecture, drive designs through prototype to production, and mentor the team, collaborating across firmware, metrology, and manufacturing to deliver precision RF instruments.

You will contribute to roadmap direction, manage high-frequency signal integrity, and ensure producibility while maintaining metrology-grade stability. On-site with hybrid options in Norwich.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, or RF/Microwave Engineering or closely related field.
• 15+ years of hands‑on precision RF and mixed‑signal hardware design with production shipping experience.
• Direct design experience from DC to 27 GHz, with familiarity to 50+ GHz.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and design of precision RF hardware and PCAs for low phase noise and high spectral purity.
• Drive full lifecycle from concept to production to ship high‑quality products.
• Lead RF design reviews, risk mitigation, and obsolescence management.
