Job summary

Fluke Calibration in Norwich seeks an experienced Principal RF Hardware Engineer to own the design of precision RF and mixed‑signal hardware from concept to production. You will drive architectures, simulate and validate designs, and mentor the team to deepen RF expertise on-site in Norwich.

You will collaborate with metrology, firmware, and manufacturing to ensure manufacturability and high first‑pass yield, shaping the RF product roadmap and sustaining advanced calibration hardware.

Qualifications

• 15+ years hands-on precision RF and mixed-signal hardware design.
• Experience across DC to 27GHz, with exposure to 50+GHz.
• Proficiency with RF simulation and modeling tools and correlating models to measurements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal RF design authority for precision RF hardware and PCAs.
• Lead full lifecycle from concept to sustaining production.
• Perform RF analysis and correlate with measurements using VNAs and spectrum analyzers.
• Lead design reviews and obsolescence management, including second-sourcing.
