Job summary

Intellectual Capital Resources Ltd is seeking a Senior RF Antenna Engineer in Central London. You will design and optimise antenna elements for communications and radar systems, with hands-on lab work and collaboration across design, simulation and testing teams.

The role offers hybrid working and involvement from simulation through to product release. You will use CST Microwave Studio or HFSS, assemble prototypes, measure performance with VNAs, and help improve simulation workflows and product

Qualifications

A relevant master's degree or equivalent in electronic engineering, RF, physics or electromagnetics.
Experience designing, simulating and experimentally evaluating antennas or antenna arrays.
Familiarity with RF measurements and analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python.

Responsibilities

Design and optimise antenna arrays, feeds and printed RF structures.
Assemble prototypes and measure performance using VNAs and measurement equipment.
Investigate differences between simulated and measured results.
Collaborate with systems, hardware, mechanical and software teams to support integration and improvements.
