You Can. If you think you have it in you, this is Where You Can.

About Us

We do things differently around here. We built ClearBank on the belief that banking infrastructure would no longer slow down progress. Instead, it would be a catalyst that unlocks the potential to innovate. It would adapt to different needs so a new era in financial services could begin. We’re here to challenge the status quo in banking, are you? We all know that transforming banking forever is not an easy mission, but we’re more than ready to rise to that challenge. We all do it every day; navigating new, unexpected and sometimes even daunting challenges. But we believe in ourselves and trust we can do it. Want to innovate? Go for it. Push for a better way? You Can. If you think you have it in you, this is Where You Can.

What You Can Expect

ClearBank is a place where you can do things differently and challenge the status quo. We will give you a high level of autonomy and transparency, and we trust you to make the right decisions for the bank.

About

If that excites you, how about joining our People Team as a Senior Reward Analyst. The team is challenging ClearBank to think differently about how we reward our employees. In this role, you will be the analytical engine of the Reward function, turning complex data into accurate, trusted insights that support fair, well‑governed and commercially sound reward decisions. Your role will include:

  • Owning the integrity, accuracy and consistency of reward data across compensation, incentives and equity, with clear controls, validation checks and audit trails;
  • Producing high-quality reward analysis, models and dashboards that translate complex data into clear insights, recommendations and decision-ready outputs;
  • Leading data analysis for annual and mid-year reward review processes, including data preparation, modelling, quality assurance, reconciliation and final output validation;
  • Delivering robust market benchmarking and pay analysis, ensuring accurate job matching, comparison of internal and external data, and clear interpretation of findings;
  • Monitoring reward outcomes through analysis of pay positioning, pay progression, incentive outcomes and equity data, identifying anomalies, risks and trends that require action;
  • Maintaining reliable reward datasets and reporting processes, including data definitions, documentation, version control and reconciliation across source systems and third-party providers;
  • Driving automation and continuous improvement in reward reporting and data processes, including embedding the Dayforce Compensation Module and reducing manual data handling;
  • Partnering with People, Finance, Payroll and business stakeholders to resolve data issues, improve data quality and ensure reward information is complete, accurate and delivered to agreed timelines;
  • Preparing accurate reward reporting, disclosures and governance materials for internal and external audiences, with rigorous checking to ensure outputs are consistent and decision-ready;
  • Providing analytical support for complex reward projects, including incentive and equity programmes, levelling frameworks, reward governance improvements and changes to reward practices;
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on reward data and analysis, sharing best practice and supporting colleagues to build capability in data accuracy, controls and insight generation.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience in reward analysis, compensation data or a related analytical role. *Experience in a regulated financial institution, such as a bank or fintech, would be desirable but is not essential.
  • Advanced analytical and numerical skills, with proven experience of working with large and complex datasets and translating analysis into practical recommendations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong track record of producing accurate, controlled and well‑documented data outputs.
  • Advanced Excel capability, including complex formulas, data validation, reconciliation, modelling and the efficient analysis of large datasets. Experience with reporting or visualisation tools would be advantageous.
  • Experience of reward benchmarking, pay review modelling, incentive analysis and the interpretation of market data.
  • A strong understanding of data governance principles, including data quality checks, audit trails, version control, confidentiality and the secure handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Ability to identify data anomalies, investigate root causes and work across teams to resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to distil complex reward and data findings into concise reports, clear visual outputs and decision‑ready recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong planning and delivery skills, with the ability to manage recurring reporting cycles and analytical projects in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the confidence to challenge data quality, explain analytical findings and promote consistent reward data practices across the People Team.
