White Label Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding design team in Leeds. The role combines hands-on Revit work with light leadership of a small team (2-3 people) and a hybrid working pattern.

You will produce detailed architectural designs, develop Revit families, and collaborate with Architects, Engineers and project teams across defence, education and healthcare sectors. A strong emphasis on practical, buildable designs is essential.

Formación

• Strong Revit experience essential.
• Experience producing detailed architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of modular/off-site construction beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Produce detailed architectural designs and technical information using Revit.
• Work on modular building projects across defence, education and healthcare sectors.
• Develop and maintain Revit families, templates and standard details.
• Take ownership of architectural design work throughout different stages of a project.
• Coordinate design information with third-party consultants and other stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to standardise designs and improve Revit content.
• Contribute towards R&D and improvements within the design function.
• Ensure designs consider health & safety and CDM requirements.
