Job summary

White Label Recruitment are exclusively representing a growing design, engineering and manufacturing business in East Yorkshire recruiting a Senior Architectural Technician to join their expanding design team. The role is a hands-on Revit position with light leadership for a small team of 2-3 people, working within modular/off-site construction across defence, education and healthcare sectors.

The role requires strong Revit experience and offers a salary up to £55,000, with a 30% bonus, 26 days

Qualifications

Strong Revit experience essential.
Hands-on senior technician capable of supporting a 2–3 person team.
Able to distribute workload and be the go-to technical advisor.

Responsibilities

Produce detailed architectural designs and technical information using Revit.
Work on modular building projects across defence, education and healthcare sectors.
Coordinate design information with third-party consultants and stakeholders.
Assist with workload planning and mentoring of junior team members.
