Duties & Responsibilities

1. Establish our REVIT capability within the existing design team.
2. Develop REVIT templates and families for our work as lead engineer.
3. Support our technician team in developing their REVIT capabilities.
4. Review and negotiate project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) to ensure understanding and compliance with contractual requirements.
5. Lead structural and geotechnical design for key projects, overseeing planning, delivery, financial performance, and stakeholder management.
6. Set the overall design strategy for structures and foundations, delivering integrated design solutions.
7. Ensure designs are optimized for construction, sustainability, and health and safety.
8. Verify the completeness, accuracy, and quality of deliverables.
9. Support the development of technical and digital capabilities of the team, including sustainability initiatives.
10. Promote knowledge sharing across the business to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• BEng (Hons) degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• CITB Construction Skills Certification Scheme Card.

Experience:

• Typically, a minimum of 5 years relevant postgraduate experience.
