Job summary

Groundforce, a division of VP plc, seeks a Principal or Senior Engineer to provide senior technical leadership in design and delivery. The role centres on producing accurate Revit/AutoCAD output, mentoring staff, and driving best practices across the engineering team.

You will work closely with engineers to plan projects, develop efficient workflows, and lead innovative working methods for temporary works solutions.

Qualifications

• Revit design should be your passion and you take pride in accurate output.
• Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD is essential.
• Able to mentor others and drive improvements to workflows.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high quality images, drawings and documentation for the department.
• Provide guidance to team members and develop consistent processes.
• Act as expert user in Revit and AutoCAD, mentoring technicians.
• Manage own workload and project work, coordinating with engineers.
• Lead on innovation and best practices for software use.
