Westfield Secondary School in England is seeking a Senior Revenues and Benefits professional to join the Quality Team. You will advise, mentor and support a team responsible for Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support processing.

You will work alongside hardship teams, maintain the Council Tax Base and Non-Domestic Rates Rating List, and aim to maximise the recovery of overpayments while delivering a customer-focused service in a hybrid pattern.

• In-depth HB and CTS knowledge and policy application.

• Excellent IT skills with MS Office 365 and benefits software.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead administration of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support applications.
• Maintain Council Tax Base and Non-Domestic Rates Rating List.
• Mentor and support the benefits team in daily processing.
• Maximise collection of Housing Benefit and Council Tax overpayments.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve service.
