Job summary

Superdry is seeking a Photoshop-based Retoucher to work on Wholesale, Marketing and Ecom imagery. You will retouch to brand standards, manage fast turnarounds, and collaborate with a world-class team in a supportive environment.

The role requires 1–3 years’ fashion retouching experience, strong color grading skills, and proficiency in Photoshop and Lightroom. Cheltenham office commute expected; flexible, collaborative work culture is offered.

Qualifications

• An experienced Photoshop-based Retoucher with 1–3 years’ experience of retouching fashion imagery in a creative environment.
• Passionate about the quality of your imagery!
• Familiar with colour grading, lighting & various photographic techniques.
• Able to commute to our Cheltenham offices.

Responsibilities

• Retouch fashion imagery for print and online to brand standards.
• Process imagery and ensure consistency with deadlines.
• Respond to urgent ad-hoc retouch requests.
• QC daily workload and communicate status to manager.
