As a Retoucher in the Image team, you'll collaborate daily with designers, production/artwork, CGI, photographers and project management. The role will entail creating imagery for initial ideation stages through to final delivery of high resolution files.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ability to work under own initiative
• Possess an excellent eye for detail and a natural creative flair
• Strong problem-solving, communication and time-management skills
• Ability offer technical and creative solutions throughout all stages of a project.
• Team player with a good sense of humour
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment and maintain consistent high standards
• Ability to take responsibility for own projects and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
• Build and maintain relationships with other internal departments
• Hybrid work policy: Two days per week mandatory attendance in the studio
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years Retouching in an agency environment
• Proven experience retouching product, food and people at a very high level
• An excellent understanding of how lighting works from a photographic standpoint.
• Oustanding colour correction skills, confident in both RGB and CMYK.
• Ability to manipulate existing imagery and comp from multiple sources
• Strong skills in Illustrator.
• Ability to understand packaging cutter guides
• Art direction experience. Ability to advise on lighting and/or specific shot requirements for post production image manipulation
• DCS experience
  
  

Candidates that reach 2nd stage of the interview process will be required to complete two tests.
