Senior Creative Retoucher - Up to £70,000pa

Hybrid - 3 days / week onsite

This role is with a high-quality creative production studio working with major brands and top creative agencies. They have a talented team skilled in stills, motion, CGI, and beyond, with in-house photo studios and a global reach, catering to ad campaigns and social assets, utilizing their creative studio of Producers, Designers, Motion & 3D artists, and retouchers.

We seek a experienced Creative Retoucher with a diverse portfolio of high-end work across advertising, automotive, still life, beauty, and product photography, including CGI assets. You should be passionate, creative, receptive to feedback, and able to work on prescriptive briefs. Collaboration and high standards are essential.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver high-end retouching for digital and print formats.
• Work with producers on briefs and timelines.
• Lead projects from start to finish.
• Refine client briefs, add value, and manage expectations.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Communicate directly with clients and internal teams for smooth project flow.
