Job Description

This role is based at our Market Road Office in London, with 1 week a month spent in Shirebrook supporting the team in the East Midlands.

As the Senior Retoucher, you will work with the Lead Creative and Studio Operations teams to lead all retouching across our sports, luxury, and fashion brand ecosystems. You will help transform the department, set standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to enable results. The candidate must be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This role involves working between our London and Shirebrook offices in a fast-paced environment with significant potential to identify and solve problems, adding value and making a huge impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the retouching direction for sports, luxury, and fashion categories, aligning with brand vision and business objectives. Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints, including e-commerce, digital, retail, partnerships, and activations. Lead internal retouch teams in London and Shirebrook, and retouch assets for external top-tier photographers. Manage workload distribution and quality processes.
• Lead the retouch process across the business.
• Produce high-quality imagery for all brand communications, from ATL campaigns to BTL e-commerce, mannequins, models, and still life shoots.
• Ensure all Frasers Group image guidelines are met.
• Maintain KPI targets.
• Organize daily workloads and deadlines.
• Maximize the commercial success of the creative and e-commerce studio and the wider business.
• Use departmental tools to log work produced.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of retouching techniques.
• Understanding of photography processes at all production levels.
• Extensive professional knowledge of Photoshop and AI tools for efficiency.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and external resources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across sports and luxury brands.
• Proven experience as a lead/senior retoucher in luxury, sports, or fashion retail/marketing/advertising environments, within a brand or post-production house.
• Experience leading a team in relevant environments.
• Knowledge of other creative processes like SFX, video editing/grading, or graphic design is a bonus.
