Are you ready to join the Fearless? This role is based at our Market Road Office in London, with 1 week a month spent in Shirebrook supporting the team in the East Midlands.

As the Senior Retoucher, you will be responsible for working with the Lead creative and Studio Operations teams to lead all retouching across our sports, luxury, and fashion brand ecosystems. Helping transform the department, setting the standard, and working with stakeholders to enable results. The candidate will need to be passionate about delivering results and elevating the customer experience. This is a fast-paced environment with huge potential for problem-solving, adding value, and making a significant impact. The role requires working between our London and Shirebrook offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the retouching direction for sports, luxury, and fashion categories, aligning with brand vision and business objectives. Ensure retouch consistency across all brand touchpoints, including ecomm, digital, retail, partnerships, and experiential activations. Lead internal retouch teams in London and Shirebrook, and retouch assets for external top-tier photographers. Manage workload distribution and oversee campaign and QA/QC processes.
• Lead the retouch process across the entire business.
• Produce high-quality imagery for all brand communications, from ATL campaigns to BTL ecomm, mannequins, models, and still life shoots.
• Ensure all Frasers Group image guidelines are met.
• Maintain KPI targets.
• Organize personal daily workloads and deadlines.
• Maximize the commercial success of the creative and ecomm studio and the wider business.
• Utilize departmental tools to log work produced.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of retouching techniques.
• Knowledge of photography processes at all levels.
• Extensive professional knowledge of Photoshop, understanding of AI tools for efficiency.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across teams and external resources.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting both sports and luxury brands.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead retoucher role within relevant sectors, with leadership experience.
• Additional skills in related areas like video editing, graphic design, or AV production are a bonus.
