Aviva plc is seeking a Retirement Reporting & Insights Lead to head a key team within the Insurance, Wealth & Retirement (IWR) Finance function. You will deliver high-quality financial reporting, analysis and actionable insights across the Retirement business.

You will lead experienced finance and actuarial professionals, shaping how performance is understood, supporting senior decisions, and driving growth using data, technology and insight-led thinking.

Qualifications

• Qualified Actuary, or a senior leader with significant experience leading actuarial or financial reporting teams within life insurance.
• Strong experience of IFRS and Solvency II reporting frameworks, ideally within retirement.
• Good understanding of the UK life insurance and retirement market, including the key commercial and financial drivers of performance.
