Job summary

Norwich City Football Club is seeking an experienced Senior Retail Stores Supervisor to join The Retail Stores team on a fixed term contract for 9 months. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, leading a team and ensuring store procedures are followed.

You will manage stock, merchandising, and promotions, while supporting matchday operations and upholding the club's values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment. Competitive benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Take responsibility for opening and closing the store, ensuring procedures are completed accurately and securely.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping.
• Supervise, coach, and support a large team of retail assistants, fostering a positive, high-performing culture.
• Manage stock control processes, including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, stock rotation and loss prevention.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Be available to work matchdays as required, supporting a safe and exceptional experience for supporters.
• Act in a manner that supports the Club's Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride, and Commitment.
