About the Role

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll lead by example—motivating your team, delivering exceptional service, and creating a 5‑star experience for every customer. On a busy weekend, you could be managing the shop floor, hosting large groups, and ensuring smooth operations for over 500 customers. What You’ll Do

• Lead & Motivate: Manage a team of up to 10, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are smashed.
