Job summary

TUI Sutton is looking for a Senior Retail Manager to lead a large team in our Sutton store, guiding staff to become destination experts who recommend and sell holidays, cruises, and UK breaks while delivering outstanding sales and service results.

You will foster a customer-centric environment, coaching colleagues to resolve inquiries, and ensure the team achieves commercial targets with an emphasis on the customer journey and digital tools to support performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering sales targets.
• Strong customer-service focus with ability to coach staff.
• Ability to analyse performance and implement commercial plans.
