Job summary

TUI in Sutton is seeking a Travel Advisor to join the Retail Team at our Sutton Superstore. You will help customers choose holidays, cruises, UK breaks and add-on products, delivering memorable experiences and personalised service.

You will work a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, with training on multiple systems to support sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers.
• Exceed sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
• Handle questions or complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Receive training on a variety of systems to enhance product knowledge.

Responsibilities
