Job summary

Blue Square, in partnership with Samsung, seeks a Senior Retail Implementation Manager to deliver strategic retail programmes across the UK & Ireland. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive customer experience improvements and ensure delivery to the highest standards.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and willingness to travel. 3 office/offsite days per week are expected.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale retail implementations.
• Strong leadership skills with coaching/mentoring of teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across levels.
• Commercially minded with budget, resources and outcomes focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic retail implementation projects from concept to rollout.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets and milestones.
• Coordinate activity across stores, contact centres, agencies, suppliers and partners.
• Translate business objectives into actionable retail implementation plans enhancing customer experience.
• Establish governance, monitor progress, risks and delivery performance.
