Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group seeks a Responsible AI Strategic Enablement Lead to advance responsible AI across the organisation from its AI Centre of Excellence. The role partners with Business and Platforms to embed risk controls, monitoring, and ethical AI practices at scale.

Qualifications

• PhD in AI or related field or equivalent, significant industry experience in responsible AI.
• Good understanding of Cloud tech including GCP and Vertex AI for Responsible AI tooling.
• Proven experience developing AI solutions to high ethical standards and engaging with product teams.
• Demonstrable expertise in responsible AI, regulatory landscape awareness.

Responsibilities

• Organise Responsible AI support for Big Bet agenda with use-case expertise.
• Partner with Business and Platforms to deliver AI risk mitigation and monitoring solutions.
• Shape repeatable risk and control patterns for scale across the Group.
• Escalate ethical edge cases to Data & AI Ethics Committee as needed.
• Demonstrate leadership to promote Lloyds Banking Group's standard of responsible AI adoption.
• Enable Responsible AI through the AI Academy and hub-and-spoke model.
