Are you passionate about nurturing and developing emerging talent? Do you excel in leading teams to achieve strategic goals? We are seeking a Senior Resourcing Manager to lead our emerging talent team on a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Manage the emerging talent team, overseeing activities and fostering creativity and excellent client service.
  2. Collaboration: Support the experienced hire team, collaborate with the Bflex team, and lead resourcing management initiatives.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships across the firm, act as an escalation point, and represent the resourcing team.
  4. Project Management: Lead strategic projects, identify improvements, and collaborate on firm-wide initiatives.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Produce and analyze data, provide insights, and present to senior stakeholders, including the board.
  6. Budget Management: Oversee budget creation, monitor expenditure, and report on variances.
What We Need From You:
  • Experience managing emerging talent, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
  • Proven people management skills, including performance reviews and team development.
  • Diplomatic and professional approach adaptable to different audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting at board level.
  • Data literacy, with experience translating financial data into resourcing metrics.
  • Experience managing large, stakeholder-involved projects.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on future trends and innovation.
  • Ability to deliver and report on project progress aligned with firm strategy.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
