Responsibilities

• Support young people in activities such as cooking, cleaning, outings and appointments.
• Manage challenging behaviours with professional support from senior staff and therapy.
• Create a safe, nurturing home environment where young people feel heard and valued.
• Collaborate with psychologists and the therapy team to set boundaries and strategies.
