Job summary

Reamcare is seeking a Children’s Support Worker to provide safe, nurturing care for children with autism and learning disabilities at our Raynes Park home in South West London. The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a 5-day rota including weekends and paid overtime.

You’ll help children develop confidence, life skills and access education and activities in a family-style setting, supported by a committed team and ongoing specialist training for career progression.

Qualifications

• At least a year's experience as a Support Worker in residential childcare.
• Experience with autism or complex needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing and structured home where children develop independence, confidence and life skills.
• Support personal care where needed and help children access education, hobbies and new experiences.
