The Lighthouse Children's Home, part of Reamcare Limited, is seeking a Senior Children’s Support Worker to lead shifts and support children with autism and learning disabilities in a full-time role at Raynes Park, South West London.

You will administer medication, review care plans, and help children access education and activities, contributing to a safe, nurturing home environment. Prior residential childcare leadership and a Level 3 Diploma are desirable.

Formación

• At least a year of experience in senior support worker or team leader roles in residential childcare.
• Qualified with Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• Prefer experience with autism or complex needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts and supervise teammates.
• Administer medication safely.
• Review and update care plans and risk assessments.
• Support personal care where needed.
• Help children access education, hobbies and new experiences.
