Aspris Children’s Services in Wrexham is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker to provide compassionate care for young people aged 8 to 17. You will support the Registered Manager, supervise staff, and help oversee day-to-day operations of the home.
The role requires a Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare, previous residential setting experience, and a full UK driving licence. A dedicated training pathway and safeguarding responsibilities are included.
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home.
The home offers a holistic approach for the care of young people from the ages of 8 to 17 on admission. Our home is a 3 - bedded, detached home on the outskirts of Wrexham. Through the care planning process an approximate decision of length of stay will be made which reflects the child’s needs.
Due to the nature of the role, a Full UK Licence is essential.
