Our Children's Home is recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers now!
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day to day operation of the homes.

Our children's home in Sheldon, Birmingham, supports three young males who have emotional, developmental and/or behavioural difficulties. The staff team is culturally diverse and offers 1:1 support; providing structure and stability in an understanding, supportive and non-judgmental manner. Our young people are highly active and love spending time outdoors doing various activities, so the successful candidate will need to have the energy and initiative to get involved.
Due to the location of this role, applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

A Level 3 Qualification In Children’s Residential And Childcare Is Essential, As Well As Previous Experience Within a Residential Childcare Setting Along With The Following Characteristics
