Senior Residential Support Worker

What’s the Role All About?

No two shifts are the same – that’s what makes this role rewarding. You’ll be part of a warm, supportive team that puts young people at the centre of everything.

Here’s what your day might involve:

• Helping create a safe, calm, and happy home environment
• Supporting with daily routines (school runs, appointments, meals)
• Participating in activities, games, and outings
• Being a listening ear and a steady presence during tough moments
• Building meaningful relationships with young people

You will also support and guide newer team members, as your experience is valuable.
