The Den Children's Home is recruiting for Senior Residential Support Workers now! We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and passionate people to become an integral part of our support team. In this role, you will support our young people and be responsible for providing compassionate care during your time with them. This role also involves supporting the Registered Manager to run a successful staff team and to oversee the day-to-day operation of the home.

Based in the picturesque Frome area, The Den Children's Home is a 38-week, term-time only children's home providing nurturing care and support for children with a diagnosis of ASD.
Due to the nature of the role, we are only able to consider candidates with a full UK driving licence.

A Level 3 qualification in Children’s Residential and Childcare is essential, as well as previous experience within a residential childcare setting along with the following characteristics:
