Compass Community is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker in the United Kingdom. You will lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure that placement plans are followed while safeguarding and supporting education for children and young people.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children’s and Young People Workforce is required.
• At least 2 years’ experience in residential childcare with young people.
• Valid manual driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with children to meet their needs and safeguarding.
• Engage with children and young people, including those needing higher supervision.
• Lead shifts, supervise staff, follow placement plans, and support education.
• Ensure welfare and care for each child and provide guidance to workers.
