Senior Residential Property Solicitor

Accredited by CQS, WIQs and Lexcel, it provides access to leading resources such as Practical Law and Lexis Nexis. The Senior Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor will manage a varied caseload across residential and commercial property matters. They will advise clients, oversee transactions, and support the development of junior colleagues while contributing to the strategic growth of the firm.

Your day-to-day will include :
  • Opening, advising, progressing and closing client matters, including legal research and time recording
  • Managing property transactions such as leasehold enfranchisement, commercial leases, and development agreements
  • Delegating and supervising fee-earning work, updating costs information, and maintaining precedents
  • Networking and building professional relationships to attract new enquiries
We're Looking For :
