Ideal candidates have proven site management on new residential builds, with SMSTS and First Aid credentials, and a full driving licence. A strong focus on people skills and precise delivery is essential.

Responsibilities

• Owning the build programme planning, progress, and problem-solving.
• Setting the standard for quality, safety and compliance on site.
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and labour.
• Being the first point of contact for customers, inspectors and your team.
• Delivering pre-completion inspections that leave nothing to chance.
