Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions (freehold andleasehold).
• Guide matters from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision.
• Provide clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures.
