Responsibilities

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Handling matters from initial instruction through to post-completion.
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout the process.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and other third parties.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures.
