Responsibilities

1. Manage all aspects of conveyancing from initial instruction to post-completion.
2. Oversee residential sales and purchases.
3. Handle remortgage and equity release transactions.
4. Review and assess titles for freehold and leasehold properties.
5. Manage transfer of equity and matrimonial transfers.
6. Provide guidance, support, and training to conveyancing assistants.
7. Build and maintain client relationships within the local area.
8. Identify opportunities to refer clients to other departments as appropriate.
