Paragon Social Care Limited is opening a brand-new two-bed children’s home near Spalding, Lincolnshire. We’re hiring a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker with a strong track record in care to lead shifts and help shape a new home from day one.

The role offers a salary of £40,186, a joining bonus up to £2,000 and £250/month on-call allowance, with an average 40.25 hours per week and the chance to make a real impact with a small, dedicated team.

Qualificações

• Experience in children’s residential care is essential.
• Ability to lead shifts and mentor staff.
• Calm, resilient and capable of handling challenging situations.
• Strong communication and safeguarding knowledge.
• Manual driving licence and ability to travel as needed.
