Job summary

The Cambian Group’s Forum School and Residential Home provides 52-week residential care and specialist education for young people with autism and complex needs. We seek a Home Manager to lead care staff, manage resources and drive high standards of care within a therapeutic setting.

You will be responsible for safeguarding, supervision, performance appraisal and ensuring compliant, quality care in line with group expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care staff and managing budgets and resources.
• Enhanced DBS check and safeguarding compliance.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and safety.
• Ability to build positive relationships with staff and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to care staff within the home.
• Ensure policy implementation and performance issues are addressed.
• Foster teamwork and constructive feedback to improve care quality.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and handover communications.
• Maintain good relationships with residents, families and social workers.
