The Forum School and Residential Home, part of Cambian Group, is seeking an experienced Care Manager to uphold high standards across staffing, budgets, building fabric and residents’ welfare.

You will lead care teams, coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure policy, safeguarding and quality of care are met. Strong communication with parents, social workers and other stakeholders is essential to drive continuous improvement in a sensitive residential setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading care teams.
• Experience with safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets and ensure resident welfare.
