The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including new-build matters, while delivering high-quality client care and working within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, managing transactions from instruction through to completion while providing a high standard of client care.
• Work will include a range of residential property transactions, with exposure to new-build matters alongside other bespoke and interesting files.
• Responsibilities include managing purchases, sales and other residential property transactions, dealing with title issues and enquiries, progressing files efficiently, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
