Talent Finder is seeking an experienced Conveyancer in Shirebrook for a full-time role. You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold, leasehold, and new-build transactions, reporting to the Head of Department.

The successful candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent organisation, and a client-focused approach, with support from an assistant and supervision when needed. 9:00 am–5:00 pm, office-based.

Qualificações

• Minimum five years' residential conveyancing experience.
• Qualified as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Experience using OneAdvanced case management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of 40–60 residential conveyancing files.
• Handle freehold, leasehold and new-build transactions.
• Conduct title investigations, searches, enquiries, contracts, exchange and completion.
