Qualifications

• Must be a Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor with a valid practising certificate.
• CLC qualification or an equivalent recognised legal qualification.
• Senior role with leadership responsibilities in conveyancing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property searches and investigations for liabilities.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts of sale and deeds.
• Provide clear legal advice on conveyancing process and risks.
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and authorities to progress transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Money Laundering Regulations and due diligence.
• Maintain case files and comply with firm policies and regulations.
• Handle exchange of contracts and completion procedures.
• Resolve enquiries during the conveyancing process.
• Stay updated on property law changes and conveyancing practices.
