Job summary

Our client, a busy regional law firm, seeks an experienced Conveyancing Senior/Team Lead to drive the department and oversee a team of Paralegals. You will handle complex freehold/leasehold transactions, manage client and stakeholder interactions, and focus on efficient, technically precise conveyancing.

Qualifications

• Experience across freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Experience with re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
• Strong technical skills in conveyancing.
• Ability to motivate and engage a paralegal team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your own team of Paralegals and manage non-legal aspects of the role.
• Handle client and stakeholder interactions and inquiries.
• Manage transactional matters through to completion.
