Eventus Legal in Mold, Wales, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer/Fee Earner to join its residential property team. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary up to £50,000 depending on experience, with potential hybrid working and a clear route to progression.

Applications are welcomed from qualified and non-qualified conveyancers who can manage their own caseload, with 20 days annual leave plus service-based increases. The team is collaborative and client-focused.

Formación

• Practical experience of managing your own residential conveyancing matters.
• Sound knowledge of the sales and purchases process, including title checks, enquiries, exchange and completion.
• Good organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach to progressing transactions.
• Confident communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
• Applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced non-qualified fee earners are welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a residential conveyancing caseload, including property sales, purchases and remortgages, from instruction to completion.
• Reviewing title documentation, preparing contracts and transfers, and dealing with enquiries and searches.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to keep transactions progressing.
• Managing exchange of contracts, completion arrangements and associated post-completion requirements.
• Maintaining accurate files, meeting relevant deadlines and providing clear updates throughout the conveyancing process.
