Job summary

Elite Personnel is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer for a well-established legal firm in Lichfield. You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, dealing with freehold and leasehold matters while coordinating with clients, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth progression.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of residential conveyancing experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of the residential property transaction process.
• Experience handling freehold and leasehold matters.
• Proven ability to manage own caseload and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents and mortgage lenders.
• Prepare and review contracts, searches, title documents and enquiries.
• Ensure deadlines are met and provide regular client updates.
• Oversee post-completion tasks including registrations and SDLT where applicable.
