Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a Level Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
• Have at least some experience in children’s residential care.
• Receive high quality supervision with a personal development plan.
• Be eligible to work in the UK – sponsorship not provided.
• A valid driving licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality services in partnership with stakeholders based on a manageable workload within the team.
• Adopt an evidence-based approach to practice within a supportive environment.
