Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent).
• Experience in an Ofsted-registered children's home is required.
• Knowledge of Ofsted standards and processes.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; commitment to high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe environment.
• Deliver high-quality care in line with individual care plans and safeguarding standards.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with children to promote resilience and development.
• Contribute to safeguarding practices, risk assessments and residents' wellbeing.
• Work with colleagues and external professionals to maintain high care standards.
• Encourage children to participate in activities that aid growth and development.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical conduct in residential care.

• Contribute to safeguarding practices, risk assessments, and the overall wellbeing of residents
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, managers, and external professionals to maintain the highest standards of care
