Dove Adolescent Services Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker for our Barnsley homes. You will help create a warm, safe environment, support youths’ interests, and contribute to risk and care planning while building trusted relationships with young people and their families.

We offer sleep-in allowances, progression opportunities to Level 5 and trainee/Registered Manager paths, a pension, paid holidays, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential home.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential.
• Experience supporting vulnerable young people.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Empathetic, patient, and resilient.
• Flexible with hours (sleep-ins, weekends, bank holidays).
• Good IT and record-keeping skills.
• Opportunities to progress to Level 5 and into trainee and Registered Manager roles.
