Centre Point Recruitment is seeking a Senior Property Manager to oversee day-to-day management of a large new build development in London. You will act as the main point of contact for residents and contractors, ensuring smooth operations, budgeting, and compliance across the portfolio.

The role requires experience in leasehold/block management and strong financial/compliance skills, with a preference for candidates pursuing ATPI qualifications. A competitive salary plus bonus is offered.

Qualificações

• Experience in leasehold property/block management.
• Strong experience of M&E plant rooms & buildings over 18m.
• Strong financial and compliance skills.
• ATPI qualification (or working towards) preferred.
