Job summary

Urban Cooling installs discreet, high-end air conditioning into occupied homes, including heritage properties, using internal water-cooled, patented systems. You commission fully and own the quality of your work from first fix to sign-off, representing the company in customers' homes.

Qualifications

• Proven air conditioning / refrigeration installation experience.
• F-Gas certification.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install internal water-cooled and patented systems (Incognito / Discreet) in occupied heritage and residential properties.
• Commission each system fully with checklist sign-off and evidence, no shortcuts.
• Represent Urban Cooling in the customer's home, remaining clean, courteous, tidy, on time and respectful of the property.
• Own the quality of your installations, including fixing any snags.
• Secure customer reviews and feedback at handover.
• Mentor and develop a supplied apprentice toward independent working.
• Keep accurate, timely job records.
